You can identify Layers on the Map using the Identify Widget.
Select the Layer you wish to identify from the drop down list.
Activate a drawing tool within the Identify Widget.
You cannot use the regular navigation tools while a drawing tool is active within an open widget. Remember to deactivate them if you wish to pan or zoom.
You can identify any layer without using the Identify Widget by enabling the Pop-up option in the Layer Menu within the Layer List Widget.
